The Edir has expended $30,000 ($15,000 each) to cover funeral expenses for members Ato Araya Shiferaw on 4/6/2025 and Ato Tekle Haile on 6/28/2025. As outlined on the bylaws of the Edir, this expense is to be allocated to the remaining qualifying members. Accordingly, it has been decided each member’s contribution will be $70.00. Please complete payment of $70.00 between 7/5/2025 and 8/4/2025. We would like to kindly remind you that, if you are paying after 8/5/25, a penalty of $25 is added, per the bylaws. Please pay $95.00 if you are paying between 8/5/25 and 8/20/25.

Please note that per Chapter 10.2 and 3 of the bylaws of the Edir, members who do not complete the required payment within the mentioned time frame will forfeit their membership status.
