በ FEB 1, 2025 ጠቅላላ ስብሰባ ላይ የእድራችንን መጠባበቂያ ገንዘብ (ካፒታል) በ45,000 በር ለማሳደግ መወሰኑ ይታወቃል። ለዚሁም እያንዳንዱ አባል በ6ወር ጊዚ ውስጥ 100 ዶላር ተጨማሪ እዲያዋጣ ተወስኗል። ከ JULY 1, 2025 እስከ DEC 31,2025 እያንዳንድቹህ ቋሚ አባላት የሚጠቀባችሁን 100 ዶላር እንዲሚከተለው መክፈል ትችላላቹህ፦

1) $100 ዶላሩን አንድ ጊዜ

2) $50 በሁለት ጊዜ ክፍያ

3) $25 በአራት ጊዜ ክፍያ

4) ሌሎች የክፍያ አማራጮች 40፡40፡20 ወይም 60፡40 ወይም 75፡25 ወይም 80፡20 ወይም 90፡10

ከሂሳብ አያያዝ አንጻር በአንድ ጊዜ ክፍያ ቢሆን ለእኛ ተመራጨ ነው። ነገር ግን የትኛውንም የክፍያ አማራጭ መምረጥ እንደምትችሉ ለመግለጽ እንወዳልን።

It is known that at the general meeting of FEB 1, 2025, it was decided to increase the reserve
fund (capital) of our association by 45,000. For this, it was decided that each member will
contribute an additional $ 100 within a 6-month period. From JULY 1, 2025 to DEC 31, 2025,
each of the permanent members From JULY 1, 2025 to DEC 31, 2025, each of your regular members can pay your $100 in the following ways:

1) $100 in one payment

2) $50 in two payments

3) $25 in four payments$40 in three payments

4) Other open payment option such as 40:40:20 or 60:40 or 75:25 or 80:20 or 90:10

For accounting purposes, a lump sum payment is preferred for us. However, we would like to
clarify that you can choose any payment option.

በቅድሚያ የማክበር ስላምታችንን እያቀረብን ከዚህ በፊት ወላጆች በልጆቻቸው ስር ሆነው የእድር አገልግሎት ያገኙ እንደነበር ይታወቃል ሆኖም ግን በ Feb 1/2025 ባደረግነው ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ላይ ወላጆች የእድሩ እንደ ግለሰብ አባል እንዲቆጠሩና የሞት አደጋ በሚደርስበት ጊዜ የሚገባውን ክፍያ እንዲከፍሉ እንዲሁም እንደ ሌላው አባል ሙሉ ጥቅም እንዲያገኙ ተወስኗል::በዚህም መሰረት የጥገኛ አባላትን (ወላጆችን) ወደ ግለሰብ አባላት የማሸጋገር ሂደቱን ለመጀመር፣ ጥገኛ ወላጆቻቸው ያሏቸው አባላት ወላጆቻቸውን የአባልነት ቅጹን እስከ June 30, 2025 ድረስ በማስሞላት እንዲያጠናቅቁ በማክበር እንጠይቃለን።

የአባልነት ቅጾች በባቲ ባዛር, የናት እንጀራ በአባተ ድራር ኢንሹራንስ እና ኬር ሬስቶራንት ይገኛሉ. እባክዎ ቅጾቹን ሞልተው በእነዚህ ቦታዎች ወይም ከታች ለተዘረዘሩት የእድር ኮሚቴ አባላት ለአንዱ ስጧቸው።

የእድር ኮሚቴ አባላት ቅጾቹን ከሰበሰቡ እና ካረጋገጡ በኋላየወላጆን የአባልነት መታወቂያ ቁጥር ይሰጡዎታል::

ይሄንን ሂደት የማመልከቻ ክፍያ እና የይርጋ ጊዜ(90 days waiting period) አይመለከተውም

Greetings to all members of the Edir,

It is known that in the past, parents received the benefits of the Edir as dependents of members. However, at the general assembly meeting held on Feb 1/2025, it was decided that parents should be considered as individual members of the Edir and pay the due payment in the event of a death and receive full benefits like other members. Accordingly, in order to start the process of transitioning dependent members (parents) to individual members, we need current members to have their dependent parents complete the membership form by June 30, 2025. Membership forms are available at Bati Bazar, Yenat Injera, ADRAR Insurance and KARE Restaurant. Please complete the forms and leave at these places or give to one of the Edir Committee members listed below. Edir Committee members will collect the forms and after they review, they will contact you with your parent’s member ID. Please note that application fee and waiting period do not apply for this process.
