የአንድነት መረዳጃ ዕድር መሰረታዊ ፖሊሲዎች
Arizona Andnet Meredaja Eder Key Policies

1. ማንኛውም ኢትዮጵያዊም ሆን ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያዊ እና ተመሳሳይ የቀብር ባህልና ወግ ያላቸው የጎረቢት ሃገር ህዝቦች የኢትዮጵያውያን ወዳጆች ከፈልጉ አባል መሆን ይችላሉ።

   Any Ethiopian, individuals of Ethiopian origin or individuals from neighboring countries and friends of Ethiopia with similar burial customs and traditions can, if interested, be accepted for membership.

2. ባልና ሚስት ለአንድ ጊዜ ብቻ ለመመዝገቢያ እና የአባልነት ክፍያ $600 ( ስድስት መቶ ዶላር) ይከፍላሉ። ዘግይቶ ባል ወይንም ሚስት የሚያስመዘግብ አባል ላንድ ጊዜ ብቻ $300 ( ሦስት መቶ ዶላር) ይከፍላል።

   The one-time registration and membership fee for a husband and wife shall be $600 (six hundred dollars). If, after registering as a single individual, a member wants to add a wife or a husband, he/she shall do so by paying a one-time registration and membership fee of $ 300 (three hundred dollars).

3. ከ21 ዓመት እድሜ በታች የሆነ ልጅ ወይንም ጥገኛ ሆነው የሚመዘገቡ ከአባሉ ጋር አብረው የሚኖሩ መሆን አለባቸው። ባልና ሚስት ከተለያዩ ከ21 ዓመት እድሜ በታች የሆነ ልጅ ወይም ልጆች ሊመዘግቡ የሚችሉት በአንድኛቸው አባል ሥር ብቻ ነው። /በአባት ወይም በእናት ሥር/’።ከ21 ዓመት እድሜ በላይ የሆኑ ግለሰቦች በእራሳቸው ስም እንጂ በጥገኝነት ሊመዘገቡ አይችሉም፡፡

   Children under 21 years of age or others registered as dependents of a member must be residents of the member’s household. If husband and wife separate or divorce, those children under 21 years of age or others registered as dependents can draw benefits only under the husband or the wife, and not from both.

4. አንድ ግለስብ ከዕድሩ አገልግሎት ማግኘት የሚችለው አባል ሆኖና $300 (ssost ዶላር) ከፍሎ ከተመዘገበ ከዘጠና አንደኛው (ከ91ኛው) ቀን ጀምሮ ነው። ይህም ማለት ከዕድሩ አገልግሎት ለማግኘት የዘጠና ቀናት የቆይታ ጊዜ አለው ማለት ነው። ስለሆነም በዚህ ጊዜ ውስጥ ከዕድሩ ምንም ዓይነት አገልግሎት አያገኝም፤ለቀብር ማስፈጽሚያም የሚውል ምንም መዋጮም አያዋጣም።

   There is a 90-day waiting period before members may begin to receive membership benefits from the Eder. As such, new members will not receive any benefits from the Eder until the 91st day of their registration as a member and payment of the required $300 (three hunderd dollars).

5. አንድ የዕድር አባል በሞት ሲለይ ለቀብሩ ሥነ ሰርዓት ማስፈጸሚያ የሚሆን ከዕድሩ ባንክ አካውንት አስራ አምስት ሺ ዶላር ($15,000) ወጭ ተደርጎ የቀብሩ ሥነ ሰርዓት እንዲፈጸም ይደረጋል።

   When an Eder member dies, a check in the amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) shall be provided to the beneficiary to cover the cost of funeral-related services.

6. ለየአንዳንዱ የሞት አደጋ የሚከፈለው አስራ አምስት ሺ ዶላር ($15,000) ወጭ በወቅቱ ባለው የዕድር አባላት ቁጥር ተካፍሎ እያንዳንዱ ሃላፊነት ያለበት አባል የሚደርስበትን የመዋጮ መጠን በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ የአባልነት ግዴታ ነው። በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ያልከፈለ አባል የ$25 መቀጫ ተጥሎበት በ30 ቀናት ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ ይኖርበታል። ይህን ማድረክ ካልቻለ ግን በ31ኛ ቀኑ ከእድር አባልነቱ ይሰናበታል።

   The Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) that shall be paid to cover the funeral-related expenses of a member shall be divided by the number of responsible Eder members at the time of the member’s death and those members shall be required to remit their share within 15 days of notification. Those who fail to remit their required contribution within 15 days of notification, shall pay a $25 penalty. Both the contribution and penalty shall be remitted to the Eder within 30 days of such notification. Any member who fails to do so shall be expelled from the Eder effective the 31st day of the penalty notification.

7. አንድ የዕድር አባል በእራሱም ሆነ በቤተሰቡ ላይ የሞት አደጋ ሲደርስበት ለእድሩ አመራር አባላት በማሳወቅ ደንቡ የሚፈቅደውን ክፍያ ተቀብሎ የቀብሩን ሥነ ሥርዓት ያስፈጽማል እንጂ፤ የሟችን ፎቶግራፍ አስቀምጦ፤ መዝገብ ዘርግቶ የእርዳታ ገንዘብ መሰብሰብ ወይም በሌላ መልኩ እንደ ጎፈንድ ሚ (Go Fund Me) እና ቀጥተኛ ባልሆነ መልክ ለቀብር ማስፈፀሚያ የሚውል ገንዘብ ከህዝብ መሰብሰብ ፈፅሞ የተከለከለ ነው። ይህንን ደንብ ጥሶ ገንዘብ ሲስበስብ ወይም ሰብስቦ የተገኘ አባል ከዕድሩ ምንም አይነት ክፍያ አያገኝም። ክፍያ ከተፈፀመ በኋላ ገንዘብ የመሰብሰብ ተግባር ቢፈፅም የተክፈለውን ገንዝብ ለዕድሩ ተመላሽ ያደርጋል። ገንዘቡን ካልመለሰ በህግ ይጠየቃል፤ ከዕድሩም ይሰናበታል።

   When death occurs to the member or family member who is registered on the Eder’s member registration form, the amount of money allocated for funeral services under the Eder’s rules shall be directly paid from the Eder’s bank account to the designated family member or legal representative. Under the Eder’s governing policies, collecting money, in any form, from people for funeral services is contrary to the very principles that necessitated the establishment of the Eder in the first place and is, therefore, absolutely forbidden and prohibited. As such, collecting money from people in any form, directly or indirectly including Go Fund Me, is a violation of the Eder’s Bylaws. A member who is found in violation of this policy shall not receive any payment by the Eder for funeral services; if payment has already been made, the member shall be compelled to pay back the money to the Eder; if the member fails to do so, the Eder will take all appropriate legal actions and expel such a member from the Eder.

8. አንድ አባል የአባልነት መብቱን እርሱ በህይወት እያለ ለሌላ ሰው አሳልፎ መስጠት አይችልም።

   Membership is not transferable while the member is alive.

9. አባላት በአደጋ ጊዜ ተጠሪ የሚሆኑ ሁለት ሰዎችን መወከል አለባቸው።

   Members shall be required to designate two individuals to represent them at the time of emergency.

10. ማንኛውም የዕድሩ አባል በዕድሩ ውስጥ የሚፈጠረው አለመግባባት የሚፈታው በዕድሩ ደንብ እና መመሪያ መሠረትና በዕድሩ ሽማግሌዎች ውሳኔ ብቻ መሆኑን አምኖ የተቀበል መሆን አለበት።

    As a condition of membership, members must accept and abide by the Eder’s policies and procedures that all misunderstandings or conflicts on Eder-related issues shall be resolved only using the resolution mechanism provided in the Eder’s Bylaws and the decision of the Council of Eder referred to as the “Akabie Denb”.

11. አንድ የዕድር አባል ለአመራር አባልነት ለመመረጥ ከወንጀል ነፃ የሆነና ከ30 ዓመት እድሜ በላይ የሆነ መሆን አለበት። ባልና ሚስት በአንድ ጊዜ ለአመራር ወይንም ለኮሚቴ አባልነት ለመረጡ አይችሉም።

    To stand for election for Eder leadership positions, a member must be at least 30 years old and free of any criminal background. A wife and husband shall not be elected to serve concurrently in Eder leadership or committee positions.

12. የአሪዞና አንድነት መረዳጃ ዕድር ከዘር፤ ከሃይማኖት፤ ከፆታ፤ ከፖለቲካና ከጎጠኝነት የመነጨ ኣድልዎ ነጻ ነው።
