Arizona Andnet Meredaja Edir (AAME) held its General Assembly meeting on March 30, 2024. However, due to time limitations and other factors, we were not able to vote on all of the bylaw amendments. The committee members have tried to utilize alternative technologies (Telegram Channel) to get your vote on these amendments. Unfortunately, almost half of the members have not subscribed to the telegram page of the Edir. Therefore, the Edir committee has decided to call a General Assembly on February 1, 2025. The committee is sending the list of bylaws to be amended. Each member is required to read and familiarize themselves with the recommended amendments and come prepared to vote on February 1, 2025. Please be advised that a final decision will be made by the members who are present on February 1, 2025. 

The Edir committee has proposed to vote on the 18 items listed below. 15 of the proposals are amendments to the Bylaws of AAME and 3 proposals are to improve the financial condition of AAME. Your vote will help determine how the AAME will be managed and have a say on the financial matters of the AAME.
